Join us for Science on Tap, Thursday, November 6th at 6:30pm in the Cellar at the FLBC Pubhouse. November’s presentation will be Living in a Changing World: Climate Resilience at the Crown of the Continent with Dr. Kyle Bocinsky from the Montana Climate Office. Discover what rising temperatures, shifting seasons, and changing precipitation mean for western Montana—and how communities can adapt.
Tickets are $5 a person, and we recommend purchasing them in advance.
Please remember if you are grabbing dinner before the presentation to come in plenty early as we get a bit of a dinner rush. If you want to grab dinner to-go to enjoy in the cellar, our bartender in the cellar will be able to take your to-go order to be delivered to you down there.

Science on Tap is an informal community gathering to discuss science around the lake, region, world… and sometimes beyond. We invite local scientists and researchers in our community to discuss and present their work and results in ways that are easy to understand and light on data and graphs. This is a fun, family-friendly event in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Bring your curiosity and enjoy yourself!
Brought to you by the Flathead Lakers, Flathead Lake Biological Station, and the FLBC Pubhouse.
