We’re Hiring: Warehouse/Packaging

We are currently hiring for a Warehouse/Packaging position to perform a wide variety of tasks and to ensure successful organization of warehouse, packaging of beer, and maintenance of equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Fulfillment of distributor orders
• Maintain cooler organization and flow, determined by priority needs, order fulfillment and batch date
• Adhere to production schedule relating to packaging runs
• Must be present on all canning days and assist in all areas of determined need
• Assist in racking off kegs from Brite beer tank as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of kegs
• Sell product directly from warehouse – utilizing Square checkout and tablet system while maintaining company policy pricing, SOP, and state requirements
• Minimum biweekly monitoring and maintenance (increased during summer months!) of FLBC Pubhouse keg cooler
• Daily cleaning of warehouse

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Inventory – weekly, monthly and quarterly
• Bimonthly tap line cleaning at the Pubhouse
• Participate in promotional events, tap takeovers, brewfests, or other format as needed or requested

Expectation:
• Follow all company and employee guidelines found within the FLBC handbook
• Maintain a positive work environment at all times and contribute to the success of FLBC
• Be flexible to assist in any brewery need not listed above
• Adhere to all safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP) at all times
• Show up to work on-time and properly dressed – no shorts or sandals of any type. A closed toe, waterproof work boot or muck boot is ideal. Quick-dry pants are also appropriate but not required
• Maintain accurate and proper records as required by individual tasks

• Continue to learn and develop within the brewing industry!

Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Fork lift experience is a plus, but not required – will train if needed
• Frequent lifting up to 55lbs and moving kegs up to 165lbs using a variety of tools, including a pallet jack and a hand truck

Compensation:
Salary DOE. Health, dental, vision insurance after 90 days, 6 paid holidays, and paid vacation after 1 year
