Nov 22 | Movie Night: Planes, Trains & Automobiles

We’re getting ready for one of the best holidays of the year, Thanksgiving, with a movie night on Friday, November 22nd! We’ll be showing Planes, Trains and Automobiles on our big screen in the Cellar at 7pm. This is a free showing!

The Cellar opens at 4pm and we will be serving our Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Keep in mind deep dish pizzas can take up to 45 mins to cook, so our last pizza orders need to be in by 8pm but all other menu items are available to order until 9pm.

Storyline: Planes, Trains and Automobiles is a 1987 American buddy film written, produced, and directed by John Hughes. The film stars Steve Martin as Neal Page, a high strung marketing executive, and John Candy as Del Griffith, a goodhearted but annoying shower curtain ring salesman. They share a three day odyssey of misadventures trying to get Neal home to Chicago in time for Thanksgiving with his family.
