Available position:
Full Time Cellar Operator
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performing CIP’s on all vessels in cellar and brewhouse
• Yeast handling including pitching and disposal
• Cell counts and viability
• Carbonations and dissolved oxygen checks
• Transfers to bright beer tanks, no filter
• Canning line and racking assistance
• Keg cleaning
• Malt delivery and brewhouse assistance
• Record keeping
• Chemical handling
Requirements:
• High school diploma
• Valid driver’s license
• 1 year experience in a professional brewery environment preferred
• Science based mindset
