The Cellar is Now Open!

The lower level at the FLBC Pubhouse, the Cellar, is now open! Our first month open will be an ‘Open House’ month, the Cellar will be open every day from 4pm to close. Join us for drinks, light appetizers, and some live music. In the months to come, we will be working on our pizza kitchen. Look forward to Chicago-style deep dish pizza in the future!

We hope the Cellar will be a comfortable place to meet up with friends for a drink and good times. This will be our new event space, so check out the live music, comedy acts, movie nights, and more that we will be scheduling. The Cellar will also be available to rent out for special parties, so keep us in mind for rehearsal dinners, company parties, or family gatherings. This room will be able to hold groups up to 100 people. For more information on reserving the Cellar, email events@flatheadlakebrewing.com.

In the Cellar you’ll also find our new sour beer room. This room is a temperature controlled, closed off area that will create the perfect environment to experiment with barrel aged sour beers. Our sour beer is inoculated with a wild yeast strain (Brettanomyces) that takes six months to two years to develop the desired sour and tart flavors. Stay tuned for the new and exciting sours that will be tapped in the Cellar!
